Final Sale Policy: Caskets and Funeral Products

 

Due to the sensitive, hygienic, and immediate-need nature of our products, all sales of caskets, coffins, urns, and related funeral merchandise are final.

 

No Returns or Exchanges

 

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges for any reason once an order has been placed, confirmed, and shipped.

  • This policy is strictly enforced to ensure the integrity, hygiene, and unused condition of every item we provide to families in their time of need.

  • We strongly encourage our customers to review all product specifications, dimensions, color options, and material descriptions carefully before completing their purchase. 

 

Cancellations (Prior to Shipment)

 

We understand that circumstances can change quickly.

  • If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately at info@abcaskets.com

  • Cancellations can only be accepted and fully refunded before the item has been shipped from our warehouse or the manufacturer.

  • If a cancellation request is made after shipping, the order will be considered a final sale, and no refund will be issued.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we inspect every casket before its delivery, and we request from the funeral home an inspection before receiving it to ensure the casket you bought from us is free of damages and defectives. 

  1. By law, you don't have to be present at the moment of its delivery.

  2. By law, the funeral home MUST receive it.

  3. By law, the funeral home shouldn't increase the price of its funeral services or charge you a fee for buying the casket from ABCaskets.com
